Spring Renewal yoga, writing, and meditation retreat

An inspiring week-long retreat in Umbria, May 2-9/2026 with Merav Ben-Horin 

Join me for a magical week in Locanda del Gallo, a beautiful country house located in the peaceful Umbria hills between Gubbio and Perugia (only 2.5 hours from Rome and Florence). Surrounded by green hills, amazing gardens & silence, this is the perfect place for yoga, hiking, meditation and deep relaxation!

What to expect?

Beautiful comfy rooms, salt water swimming pool with incredible view , jacuzzi spa, turkish steam room and massage facilities, amazing food, amazing wine, day trips to beautiful local medieval villages, wine tasting in a beautiful location, hiking, breathtaking nature, lots of naps and hammock time and lots of yoga outside and in the in-glassed yoga room.

On some days we will have two daily classes: early flow in the morning and a more gentle and restorative practice in the evening including breathwork and meditation. On other days we will have a longer class in the morning that combines flow, as well as restoration, and meditation which will allow enough time for exploring nearby towns, hikes, and beaches in the afternoon and early evening.

Each day will have a different theme and focus. In some of our classes we will explore and practice writing and journaling as an additional tool for cultivating ease, focus and mental clarity.

Prices:

• € 3050 per person in a shared double room 
• € 3850 per person in a private boutique room

Payment can be done in u.s dollars based on the current euro exchange rate at the day of payment via paypal, cash or check.

Payment and cancellation policy:

A deposit of €800 is required to reserve your spot.The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to departure.

If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to our departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place between 30-45 days prior to our departure, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to our departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited5
