Yoga on Solid Ground: Poses and Breathing Techniques to Reduce Stress & Anxiety:

This practice of asanas and pranayama will help soothe your nerves and relax your body and mind when you are feeling stressed out and anxious. Practicing these poses consistently will help reduce your overall levels of anxiety. Using them in a moment of crisis can also be beneficial to help you feel less overwhelmed and come back to the present moment. You will need three blankets, a bolster and a chair. If you don’t have a bolster you can use blankets or a big pillow instead.
